There is much more to Mauritius than selfie-worthy beaches. Authentic experiences are there to be lived if you know where to look. With PinkMango and its array of activities on offer, your search will be over.
Mangoes and pink don’t usually go together. So it made perfect sense for the people behind PinkMango, a platform proposing unique experiences, to call it just that.
A branch of travel agency Itineris, PinkMango aims to be the go-to website for both tourists and Mauritians. “PinkMango is like a market with service providers and clients who can discover the experiences on offer and find great deals,” says head of marketing Anne Rajoo.
To be able to do that, the team has scoured the island to uncover hidden gems from operators big and small.
“We offer truly Mauritian cultural, artistic and culinary experiences. We look for things that you won’t find anywhere else on the net.”
You can always try. But remember, when you come back, that the name’s PinkMango.
On the Shopping List
The number of activities on offer on the PinkMango platform will grow as other operators join in. Already on board are Taste Buddies and their culinary tours, Blue Safari and Aquaventure for sea-based activities, and guides for hiking and mountain-climbing trips or abseiling down waterfalls.
